Terms of use of the Service

These Terms govern access to and use of FixLeon at https://fixleon.com operated by OPCLINE LTD (the “Platform”).

By placing an order or using the Service, you accept the Terms in force.

“User”: person requesting an intervention via the Site.

“Professional”: independent tradesperson selected for a job.

“Order”: request with contact details, address and displayed price range.

“Price range”: all-in estimate locked before dispatch.

Fix provides intermediation: need qualification, price range, matching, tracking and optional in-app payment.

The Professional alone is responsible for technical execution, compliance and insurance (liability / ten-year where applicable).

You must have legal capacity and provide accurate information.

Primary territory: mainland France; other areas may open over time.

You commit to the ceiling of the displayed TTC range when confirming the Order.

Work beyond the range requires a new accepted quote on site.

Payment via means offered on the Site (e.g. Stripe pre-auth then capture). The Professional remains the seller; the Platform takes an intermediation fee.

Off-platform payment may void the Fix commercial warranty.

Marketplace pros must hold valid professional liability; ten-year cover for certain works trades (see Insurance page).

Fix is not the execution insurer.

For urgent works performed immediately at your request, withdrawal rights may be limited where you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge loss of withdrawal for work already done.

The Platform provides intermediation with reasonable care and is not liable for the Professional’s workmanship, subject to mandatory law.
